All projects with Kissami Ink are booked by consultation and approval only.
Every tattoo is fully custom and carefully designed for each client.

  • Booking Information

    All projects with Kissami Ink are by appointment only and require prior consultation and approval. Every tattoo is created as a fully custom design, carefully planned based on your ideas, placement, and the natural flow and balance of the body.

    To begin the booking process, please submit the consultation form with as much detail as possible. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive booking instructions and a deposit payment link to secure your appointment.

    Booking availability may vary depending on the size, complexity, and scope of the project. Large-scale projects such as sleeves or full-back pieces are usually scheduled over multiple sessions.

    Kissami Ink works one-on-one with each client and focuses on thoughtful, refined, and well-balanced work rather than rushed or mass bookings.

  • Studio Policies

    To ensure smooth scheduling and maintain the quality of work, Kissami Ink operates under the following policies.

    All appointments are confirmed only after a deposit payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be applied toward the final price of your tattoo on the day of your session.

    Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before your appointment date. For standard (single-session) projects, one exception reschedule may be allowed at Kissami Ink’s discretion. For large-scale projects such as sleeves or full-back pieces, up to three reschedules per project may be allowed.

    Rescheduling requests made 1–4 days before the appointment date are considered late reschedules and will either count toward the allowed reschedule limit or result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit without exception. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time or cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.

    Kissami Ink reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate, unsafe, or unrealistic requests.

  • Deposit Payment

    A deposit is required to confirm and secure your appointment with Kissami Ink. The deposit serves as a booking retainer to reserve your time and cover preparation and design work, and will be deducted from the final price on the day of your session.

    All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of late rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

    Please only submit a deposit after you have received confirmation and instructions. Deposits sent without prior approval may not be accepted or considered a valid booking.

    By submitting a deposit, you agree to all booking policies of Kissami Ink.
